Dear sir,

I am a vip customer of your cub arakkonam branch, i am holding sb account, i went your bank to know my account balances by means of entering my passbook thru your banking staff.

However, your banking staff has denied the same and i was asking the reason for 'denial of services'. He said that passbook has entering through only a passbook printer machine, which has located outside most of bank. I am not wish to use the service due to improper printing that would be faced by the fellow customers. Hence i was not getting a proper service thru your banking staff.

1. Can you please advice, is there only a option to print/update through by passbook print machine?

2. If not, why your banking staff has denied to updation of my passbook?

I request you to take the necessary action on this and let me know the reason for 'denial of service' done by your banking staff at cub arakkonam branch...

I hope that getting a good response from your side and sort out the issues as soon as possible, unless i have no other option to closure of my savings account and i doesn't need anymore of your service furthermore...

We had already contacted customer care in City Union Bank as well as mailed to customer care team. However, We haven't get single response from them. Afterwards only I was made a complaint thru www.consumercomplaits.in to logging my issues...
Not even too customer but cashier not in cabin in time their staff chating each other like vegtable market
Banking hours starts too late but they end too earlier very wrost banking next to sbi.
No cashier no manager.
Not even get a single response for the issue...
