City Union Bank — in atm transaction rs.1300 debited to my account but i had not received the cash from atm machine

My self anita pal.
I have my saving account in city union bank ltd in thane branch maharashtra my account number is [protected]. I made a transaction on rs. 1300 on 17/03/2018 ie. Withdrawal transaction from atm of axis bank but i haven't received the cash from atm and my account got debited by rs 1300.
This is a request you to please check out this problem and provide solution for the same as soon as possible.
