I have booked train ticket via my phone pay app. The amount has been credited from my bank account but in Irctc booking app it's showing payment dues from Bank end and the train has already left. The transaction ID is P1910151457581339082936 . Please get me the money back. I didn't even get in the train and also money has been debited.
