[Resolved] City Union Bank — Net banking not activated | |||||
Dear sir, I am s. Balakumar, A/c no : [protected], City union bank, Ashok nagar branch, Chennai. I am account holder in your bank in last ten years. Also applied in sms alart many times (Approximately five times) in last 4 years and last 5 th dec'16 applied in sms alert, net banking, mobile banking and check book, check book only issued in your bank at 21.12.16, but not activate sms alert and net banking, again applied in sms alert, net banking, mobile banking at 22.12.16. Many times call our bank but no one not respons. So what is the current status, please take immediate and necessary action. Thanking you. Best regads. S. Verified Support Mar 30, 2017 City Union Bank Customer Care's response Dear CustomerIn regard to your grievance, already we have generated the Netbanking password and dispatched to your registered address on 23/02/2017. While verification we found that the registered post was returned due to customer abscence in the bank registered address. we request you to verify with the branch about your current resident address and update the same.
