[Resolved] City Union Bank — non withdrawal of money from your atm

I have a savings bank account with sbi and when i tried to withdraw rs.4000 from your atm located in governorpeta of vijayawada of andhra pradesh on 16/02/2019 at around 12.10p. M, but your atm displayed "timed out" and no money was disposed.
But i got message debiting 4000 from my account.
My savings bank account number with sbi is[protected].
Kindly do the needful. My mobile number is[protected].
