I have transferred irs.2, 000/- on 10.12.2018 from indian overseas bank with neft utr # ioban [protected] to cub & the same has not been credited to my cub account or refunded to my iob account. As per cub branch, the amount has been returned due to the account has been freeze & provided the reference # retnsh [protected]. Kindly check & advice please... I transfer the amount of rs2000 to another bank account in google pay(upi), in this transaction failed but amount debited to my account.not received to recipient bank account...
