City Union Bank — Poor Service - Related

Sir,
I Have deposited some amount at 10 am on a particular date.But my account has not been credited till 03 pm on the same date.Due to this i suffered a lot, because my friend at the other end needed the money very urgently.This kind of poor service is not acceptable.When asking about the same at the bankers, they did not responded well.Please take necessary action to improve the service.

I was adding money to my paytm appl through net banking from cub my money from cub account got diducted without coming to my paytm app. I request you to return my money to my account so that I can make use of that
