I would like to inform you that I made a purchase in debit card from your bank (Rs 276) on 20/12/16 to Jayaram sweets. The amount has been debited from my account but is not credited to Jayaram sweets account. Kindly refund the amount Rs 276 to my SB account (Account no: [protected]) as soon as possible.
