[Resolved]  City Union Bank — subject: money not received while using atm but balance deducted

Respected sir/ madam,
I am salary account holder in idfc first bankname is paramasivam arumugam

(2.08.2019). I was using cub bank atm located at navalur chennai
Atm id :cub01450
Branch :navalur 2-kanchipuram
At around 06:30 pm to withdraw rs. 300 from my account. But atm display show cloud not process error and i could not receive any money or receipt, but i received a message on my mobile that rs. 300 has been withdrawn.in reality, i had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of rs. 300.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
