[Resolved]  City Union Bank — transaction successful but the receiver not yet received amount

I have transferred rs. 500 from my cub account to other cub account through tez app on 30.11.2018. Transaction is successful and in my statement also showing tha same but the receiver dnt receive the amount. We have checked his statement too there are no such credit in that hence pls return that amount to sender account.
