I've bought a Privo shoe from the INC5, Esplanade store in Kolkata, and the sole is completely damaged after limited use. It's a shame that such an expensive shoe got completely damaged so easily with only a 60--70 days office use (no harsh usage involved) .

I bought it on 21st August, 2022 and started using only from end of September.

    I have purchased women sandal from kharar, punjab on 19/7/22. But after wearing after 2 times, it's bottom torn. I contacted the shop but he refused to do anything as he said company is not responsibal.

    It is very bad for company like yours. It is shameful.

      My order number CL-EU[protected] was placed on august 28, 2022. I have not received yet my order (we are October 4, 2022).
      Many emails were sent with no clear response from your part.
      Many demands to finally cancel my order were placed with no response from your part.
      Very BAD customer service.
      I demand that my order be cancelled immediately with a confirmation by email

        Mada a complaint to Clarks about 45 days ago on a shoe that I bought and used for about 5 times and the sole has fallen apart .
        The complaint no. Is as above .

        Have kept calling the customer support and also emailed them on several occasions but no response

        Had paid a full amount for them at the store (₹9999/-) and frankly don't expect a shoe sole this costly to tear...

        First Order: 3 pairs of shoes on 24th July 2022 for 15% Off. However they delivered only 1 pair after 15 days. The other two pairs were shipped and were out for delivery on 17th and 22nd of July but both never reached my place. When I contacted their customer care over 3 calls, they simply refused to find out the reason why there was no delivery. They told me that on the 2 separate occasions they were processed for a return.

        I have ordered clarks sandal from Ajio as showned in the attached picture but it got cracks after my 1st wear my heart was scattered by seeing that cracks, were in both sides on the sole soo unhappy with the product..
        Not any clarks product from now on..

              I had ordered for a pair of Strappy Singback Sandals on 30th April ‘22.
              I would have worn the sandal 4 times in total and I see the backstrap of the sandal is separating from the leather for both .
              I have already raised a complaint on 14th July '22 by writing to customer.[protected]@clarks.in and my ticket reference number is [protected]. I have not heard even once from the Clarks team .

              This definitely looks to be a manufacturing defect. Please initiate a refund or replacement for the sandals .

                Purchased a pair of tormatch shoes from Pacific Mall Store, Tagore Garden, New Delhi' on 30th June, 2022 for Rs.7, 700. Asked for 8.5 size but was given size 9 telling that Clarks 9 size is same as 8.5 size of other brands. Tried at home, found it longer and am not comfortable.
                Complained thru mail to customer care vide Ticket No.[protected] dated 7th June which remains unresolved till date..The pair of shoes are packed and fresh as they were and unused. Sent the copy of bill and pics of the shoes to the customer care but no response from them. I have requested to either change my shoes to size 8.5 or refund me the money I paid.

                  I have placed my order for a pair of shoes from clarks website on 11 june 2022 and its said on the website that i would receive my order within 5-7 days its now 23 june and even after writing multiple emails and calling multiple times i have got no response from them at all
                  Truly shocked by the customer care at clarks
                  At this point i have tried at every possible way to contact them and got no response at all
                  I am now thinking of filing a complaint int he consumer courts

                            I ordered a pair of shoes from Clarks in December but didn't like the fit so requested a return by sending a request on their customer care ID and also called the helpline but there has been radio silence at their end. No response to even follow up emails, no customer care representative spoke to me or called back. Neither did anyone pick up the product, hence there hasn't been any refund too

                            It has been more than a month that I have been trying to reach out.. This kind of service is not expected from a premium brand like Clarks

                              On the facebook, advertisement was flashed for Clarks Shoes at discounnt and i booked the shoes. website was exactly what Clarks.in was. i paid Rs 1499 through payU by using my GPAY. payment went to some Rimpal Kumari but i did not get any order confirmation. i got payment confirmation from PayU. i tried to stop the payment through Gpay and my bank but it was too late. looks like someone is fooling people in the name of Clarks shoes. i called up at Clarks customer care and they confirmed that its a fraud website.
                              I had similar experience with the same product.

                                My name is Kannan residing at Velachery, Chennai. I bought Clark’s Men navy leather loafers-10 UK from Amazon. herewith attached is the proof of invoice copy and shoe pics for your reference. As I was stuck in lockdown I couldn't wear the shoes for some months. Now I ‘am really shocked to see that the blue color has changed in some places after using the shoe for a week. I have used many brands in my lifetime. But this is the first time that shoe color is changing in the reputed brand which I cannot digest. Please give a replacement for this at the earliest.
