[Resolved]  Clarks — Delayed shipment

I have placed my order for a pair of shoes from clarks website on 11 june 2022 and its said on the website that i would receive my order within 5-7 days its now 23 june and even after writing multiple emails and calling multiple times i have got no response from them at all
Truly shocked by the customer care at clarks
At this point i have tried at every possible way to contact them and got no response at all
I am now thinking of filing a complaint int he consumer courts

When i called on the toll free number they lifted the call now and as i addressed my complaint they mad sure i will get my product within 2 days and explained the cause as to why it was delayed
