I orders Clarks shoes from their own e-retailing website. I received the order after 2 days. The next day when i opened the package I found out that the shoes delivered were only for the right foot. I have requested for exchange or refund by mailing them. I have not received any replies and even after calling their customer care multiple times they have not dared to pick the phone. This is serious callousness from their part. Order no: 2119523 Date: 18 aug 14

I ordered a pair on the 21st of Aug 2014 from the clarks.in website and received two left shoes in my order!! After nearly 20 attempts I managed to speak to someone who said they would call me to schedule a pickup of the incorrect pair. Its been 6 days since and I have had no calls from them. I have written 4 emails to the customer care email ID with no reply and tried calling the number that nobody picks up! Its absolutely shameful for this to be happening with a reputed international brand! Order no: 2125331

I had ordered two pairs of shoes from Clarks website on 30 Aug 2014 and even paid the money online. However recvd only one pair and cannot reach their toll free number also. Have written them 4 mails but no ack also!!!
Very unprofessional of clarks ...Order number 2143891...Imagine this is coming from a reputed international brand...
