I ordered a pair of shoes from Clarks in December but didn't like the fit so requested a return by sending a request on their customer care ID and also called the helpline but there has been radio silence at their end. No response to even follow up emails, no customer care representative spoke to me or called back. Neither did anyone pick up the product, hence there hasn't been any refund too
It has been more than a month that I have been trying to reach out.. This kind of service is not expected from a premium brand like Clarks
