Cleartrip — (1 star) cleartrip website says cancellation charges refundable, but rules not mentioned on booking website are explained at the time of cancellation | |||||
Today 7th september i booked a ticket from bangalore to hyderabad, ticket number :[protected] As i wanted to do the booking only on website that can allow me refund the money upon cancellation i opted to continue with the booking in cleartrip.com. None of the web-pages in the flow of booking a ticket had any cancellation rules mentioned.in fact one of the pages strongly mentioned in bold capitals that it is a "refundable ticket" which made me trust clear-trip and proceed to book my ticket. But suddenly at the time of cancellation, lots of rules are being communicated, it is being told that cancellation is possible only 24 hours before departure time. Attached screenshot that says ticket is refundable, can you please resolve the issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
