Dear sirs/madame, Regards. As per telephonic conversation to-day 19th march, 2020 at 1735, at your phone no. [protected], i got the email id of yours. As per subject cited above 5 kg extra baggage charges were not transferred to spice jet airlines, as a result guest passenger had to pay extra luggage charges again at the counter, which was embracing situation for the guest, and time loss of other passenger standing behind, as spice jet staff at ig international air port t# was not ready to accept the clear trip email showing the charges of extra baggage claimed. You are requested to kindly refund the extra baggage charges around app. Rs. 2445 something to my account without further delay. From 14th march, 2020, 19:00 hrs onwards till date i was trying to get contact with you and there was email id at any of the website, and phone numbers busy dur to extra load of covit 19. Please update your phone numbers on the website and face book. Please provide your email for contact on websiste. There is no pace for sending any information to you. Update positevely.
