Cleartrip — about charging for luggage in scoot, airways towards singapore trip id[protected] | |||||
When i booked the ticket in scoot airways, it says only hand luggage is allowed, incase of checkin baggage, starts $15 for 15kgs. When i traveled, i have carried 38kgs for 4 persons. If so considering 3x15 kgs, the amount should be $45. that is INR 2250. Also, when i booked the ticket, i tried for online booking for luggage which could not find on that page. Finally, i have charged for 2x20Kgs, i.e., 2 x INR 4093, i.e., INR 8186. Can you please explain. 1. Why cleartrip website doesn't giving correct direction while booking. 2. Ticket was cancelled thro air line & inform to cleartrip on 5th June. As per their mail, same shall be intimated within 5 days by clear trip. No information on amount to be refunded is received till now.
