Cleartrip — account debited but air ticket not booked

I had booked a flight ticket for two persons from chennai to mumbai for 24th august, 2018 today at about 10 a. M. The booking was for spice jet flight scheduled to leave chennai at 22.40 hours. While making the payment i had used a debit card and though my account was debited with rs. 5706/- the tickets were not booked. My saivngs bank account was debited with the narration `pos purchase cleartrip tpsl[protected]`

Please look into the matter and arrange for the refund.
