Hi cleartripper,

I need to know when i will get my refund confirmation from your end. Attached herewith are the evident photos to justify my claims.

I booked a domestic flight from kolkata to hyderabad with a trip id[protected] [protected] confirm unfortunately, your system slashed 28802 rupees from my account.

Please do response immediately. Thanks
