Cleartrip — amount deducted but booking not made - refund money

Hi,

I was booking tickets for delhi to leh. The transaction of ₹60216 was made but bookings were not done. The money got deducted from bank account but when redirected to site from bank transaction page, it showed time out error. Please find attached the screenshot for error page and the transaction made. Kindly, resolve it asap either by refunding the money or by booking the tickets. Kindly contact on swatibansal.[protected]@gmail.com
