Cleartrip — amount deducted but train ticket hasn't booked

I have tried to book train ticket from goa to mumbai on 28-08-19. Amount of rs. 529 has been debited but the ticket hasn't booked. I din't receive any email or message neither regarding the ticket details nor the refund. As the ticket hasn't booked, there is no trip id but when i call customer care the very first question is enter your trip id. So i couldn't talk to the customer care. I dint receive any reply for the complaint sent through email also. Such a poor customer service. Would like to know the status and refund asap

Updated by Remedios costa Calling to the customer service is no use as at first they are asking for the trip id, but after successfully payment clear trip didn't issue the ticket or trip id. So how i can tell the trip id where the itinerary is not issued at all.

I have booked airline ticket for 22nd March 2019. Due to death in my family I cancel the trip and submitted all the documents for processing refund against death claim.
I waited for more than 6 months and I am yet to get my refund from cleartrip.
