Cleartrip — Amount deducted-site says verification failed-not refunded yet | |||
I tried to book flight tickets from chennai to Madurai on 28.4.17. The amount was debited from my account, but I received a message "verification has failed" from the cleartrip site. I checked out the support forum where it is stated that if such an issue occurs, the amount debited will be refunded. The amount is yet to be refunded. Kindly do the needful. The amount stated message was sent by me to the cleartrip email [protected]@cleartrip.com. It has been days and no action has been taken. My email [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
