Cleartrip — no refund after rescheduling

Hi team,

I booked indigo flight ticket on cleartrip from nagpur to bengaluru on 11th june then due to some reason i rescheduled the flight to 24th june.in this rescheduling deal i should be refunded with 877 rupees. This amount is not credited to my account. Please find the attached flight tickets.

I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

Amount of Rs. 11068 is deducted on 14.07.17 when I was trying to book a ticket from Silchar to chennai but ticket was not booked. I need refund as early as possible. Tnx no. is[protected]. This type of incidents are not acceptable from the company like Cleartrip.

Hi Team,

With regards to my previous complaint registered, ClearTrip Complaint ID: 1631307.

Clear trip representative called me. According to him, flight service representative usually don't agree to refund and they haven't received any refund amount. He wants proof that the representative agreed to refund.

I am mentioning all these details here as I could see email IDs for all other clear trip services but failed to find for customer support.
