Cleartrip — amount got deducted but

Booked a flight on 12 july 2019 from kannur to delhi. Rs. 5039 were paid through syndicate net banking. As i submit, the message of session expired flashes on the screen and the money was debited from my account. I didn't got any conformational mail. I contact my bank regarding this and they said the money might be in your (Cleartrip) parking account. Kindly check the same and reverse the money to my account. I earlier mailed you regarding the problem but still there is no response from your side. Even none of your contact numbers are working. Provide some genuine contact numbers so that...
