Hello sir.. I have booked a ticket on 13th December 2016 for 27th December 2016 hyderabad to srinagar It showed me payment failed but money is debited from my account.i have contacted to cleartrip customer care.they told me to try again with fresh booking.i tried for 4 times the same repeated.payment failed.
