Cleartrip — Below par hotel service | |||||
I have booked 2 rooms in Hotel Suvidha deluxe at Haridwar(12 to 14 Oct 2016) and I got only 1 room till 1 pm. The hotel staff said that the other room is not yet free. When I said that I would cancel the booking, I got the response that go ahead as we do not need a cleartrip booking. The only room provided was so dirty that we have to switch to AC rooms. They gave that readily as it would provide more money to them. We got the second room at 2.45 and the AC room provided had a lot of bedbugs. I was bitten in at least 20 places. After a complaint, they changed the blanket, but it did not changed anything. the whole bed was infected with bedbugs. We had to change the room in the middle of night. I am very disappointed by the hotel services and indirectly by cleartrip that enlists so below par properties on their site. I was the first time user of your site and I believe it would be the last time as well. The linen was not provided in the bathroom in spite of asking for multiple times. We had to pay extra money at the time of checkout for the AC rooms. The staff was very rude and non-cooperative as well. We spoke to the property owner as well and he was behaving like he is doing some favour by giving rooms to us. Was this information helpful? | |||||
