Cleartrip — booking failed - amount debited from account | |||||
To come to the point, i had booked a hotel - mina international on friday i. E 16th feb 2018 through my hsbc credit card for an amount of inr 4308, however i observe that the amount is deducted from my credit card, however it reflected as payment failed at the cleartrip website. This is really pathetic. I was asked by my bank to wait for 3 days for the refund, however it's the 4th day today and i have still not got the refund.
