Cleartrip — Booking unsuccessful but payment charged | |||||
Trip ID: [protected] Dear Sir, I had tried booking tickets for three people on 7th December 2016 for round trip from Pune to Bangalore, however due to some technical issues with your site, the ticket was not booked and my bank account was charged with Rs.17226 (seventeen thousand two hundred twenty six only) Even after waiting for nearly 2 weeks the amount has not been reversed to my account.When I spoke to Cleartrip representatives about this they assured me that amount of Rs.12000 has been deducted, however the amount is not Rs.12000, it is actually Rs.17226 according to my bank statement.Even after waiting for 3 weeks for amount, Cleartrip made no such efforts to contact me in this regard. For a student like me, it is a big amount but due to the poor service by Cleartrip I feel cheated.Sir, I request you to please reverse me back my amount as soon as possible. When booked from App, it was showing Deluxe room but I was confirmed the booking in Tent room .
How this mismanagement has been done I have no idea. I tried cancelling the room and they are saying they will refund no money.
I have booked from cleartrip many times but this time i am really very disappointed .
Now on i will never ever book any ticket or hotel from clear trip. Clear trip does not take responsibility for there system mistake .
Please from onward please update your applications immediately, so that other customers are not cheated .
Received the call from Clear trip, now they have started playing the blame game. If they are not responsible for there own system failure, then why should I book using there platform.
Clear Trip is seriously a third class company to associated with, they are definitely going to ruin your holiday.
Clear Trip is big time Party Spoiler.
If you want to spoil your holiday, then book from Clear Trip.
Enjoy my Rs 2475/- . Have a new year ahead.
