Cleartrip — Cancellation by mistake | |||||
My daughter did cancellation of our booking today 30th April 2017 which was for 2nd May 2017 from Dubai to Bangkok and I called within 5 minutes of her mistake. But they said nothing can be done and cancellation will be processed. I called airline and they said if your agent want they can stop cancellation and I called cleartrip again. They said the same again that nothing can be done. We have bear an unnecessary loss of 2800 aed whereas even on Flydubai website it is written that only 200 aed per person gets deducted in case cancellation is done 24 hrs prior to day of travel. But this is really bad experience. We still want to keep booking. Kindly help to retrieve the cancellation. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I tried to book the ticket from goa to hyderabad for 1352017 on 2542017 . Money has been cut from my bank account but the ticket has not been booked.(Rs.2648)Make sure that my ticket will be booked or transfer my money back to my account.
