Trip ID [protected] Kindly note the following:- We have booked a return ticket to Mumbai from Bengaluru for me and my wife, which happened to be spicejet flights. Spicejet on its own had canceleed my flight to Mumbai. As per IATA convention, it is our prerogative to accept change of flights once my flight is cancelled. Once my forward flight is cancelled, there can not be a return flight. Hence we spoke to your customer support (Ms.NIHARIKA) explained the situation and asked for the refund of tickets money.
