Cleartrip — cancelled ticket refund not got yet

I have booked the ticket on 10th of mar 2019 for 12th at 22.10 departure from ccu to blr at calcutta thru cleartrip. Pnr details is as below : t9mqxr and flight 6e 506. Paid rs5, 497.00 cancelled on 12th evening. I have requested cleartrip several times to refund is not at done.
I request once again to refund the ticket to my account and oblige.

Updated by Nadig Dattatreya I have not received the payment. how can it is been resolved in your books?
Pl.s I will do necessary support and somebody should work on this complaint. this is my 4th complaint on the same issue.

I have booked ticket for 15th March 2019 from Mumbai to Delhi by air india Flight AI 101. It should start from Mumbai at 9.00 PM but it started at 00.15 AM next day.

Please compensate me according to policy.
