Cleartrip — charged twice for same flight itinerary | |||
I booked a ticked with Air India express from Abu Dhabi to Delhi for 11 April 2019 at 00:20 am with Trip ID:[protected]. later I tried to merge the ticket with Air India departure for 11 April 00:05 am, as my family was travelling alone and I want to accompany them with my friends family who were travelling with Air India. when I checked with cleartrip customer care they asked me to cancel the existing booking and requested a to book new ticket with air India with Trip ID[protected]. Later I booked a new ticket with air India with trip id, but when boarding pass was issued, we realized that both of them were same flight code shared with Air India express, and all of this happened due to incorrect information from customer care executive resulted in cancellation of flight and rebooking the same with different airlines. Despite of several reminders and follow up my money was not refunded and no action has been taken against the customer care executive Mr. Gund Sagar for providing incorrect information. Request you to kindly loop Cleartrip in the communication. However Please be informed that I had received a email from Make my trip who were not involved in booking of ticket.
Kindly reroute the ticket to the correct channel.
