Cleartrip — clear trip cancelled my booking on 25th june 2019 and not refunded my amount

I have booked snow city (Visit date 26th june 2019) through clear trip. One day before (25th june 2016) a guy called me from clear trip and said that due to emergency maintenance the snow city is closed on 26th and because of that he cancelled my booking. Also he said i will get the complete refund 2 to 3 days.
But till now i didn't received my refund, its been almost more than 10 days.

Updated by smageshbala Hello Team, Any update on this? Till now no response from clear trip, it pending more than a month. Till now they are not refund my money. Please do the needful.
