[Resolved] Cleartrip — cleartrip cheated me and stole my money- cleartrip never respects its customers

I write to you to complain from unfair treatment. I tried to book two tickets (One for me gehan a. Mousa and one for my daughter yara) from bahrain to egypt and i already booked (Trip id[protected]. I did mistake in my name therefore i try to call clear trip to help me to correct the spelling error in my name but no one response. Very careless with customer. Therefore, i sent inquire about the problem from cleartrip website. I have a list of problem and i selected error in name customer then i have a reply from cleartrip system said "cancel the trip and book again". I did after this i have an email deducted about 58 bahraini dinar from my money. I received the following email from cleartrip:
We have processed a refund of bhd 161 for your manama / bahrain - cairo return booking (Trip id[protected]. The refund should appear in your account in 5 to 7 working days depending upon your bank.
Why cleartrip did this first i have a spelling error in my name and cleartrip system advised me by this. Second i cancelled and booked again on the same airlines within 10 minutes. Why you stole my money i have the same airline and even i booked in the same trip that i cancelled for spelling error.
This not fair and i need my money because i cancel for wrong name and i already booked another tickets at the same time for the same airlines. You can cheek on your system.
I called cleartrip many times and i complain too many people in cleartrip and no one give any attention. I asked to call the manager and the employee said he has another call and promised me to make him call me after 30 minutes. He did not call me. Cleartrip deals with me by very bad and unfair way. I never trust again cleartrip. I will do my best to make everybody know the truth about this company.

2.I called the company many times and explained the story and they said we will call you and no one call me.
3. Now you mark my problem by "resolved" where is the solution?????
Cleartrip continues to lie.
