Cleartrip — cleartrip money deducted from bank account but haven't received the ticket or any confirmation

On 20th march 2019, i tried to book an air ticket, but after the booking process was completed and amount deducted, i did not get any email or ticket confirmation from cleartrip. So, the amount was deducted but not ticket was provided. I was waiting for 3 business days to see if the amount will be reverted back to my bank account, but sadly that is also not done.
Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.
Please look into this matter. An image of the transaction is attached.
