Cleartrip — Cleartrip not refunding money for the cancelled flight of 19 March 2020 | |||
I had booked a flight on Feb 28 2020 for the Flight Srilankan Airlines from (Mumbai to Male) scheduled on March 19th 2020 (Trip ID:[protected] via Cleartrip and paid 61 k for four passengers. The flight got cancelled due to COVID situation on 17th /18th March before travel date and I got a message saying flight got cancelled . Since then I have been chasing Cleartrip with the booking reference #[protected] to process my full refund amount. This is clear full refund case as scheduled flight on 19th March got cancelled one day prior and I got a message saying the scheduled flight has got cancelled. After that I had been rasing request and trying to connect with cleartrip - they are just sending automated emails that we are in process of refunding your amount - they had given 2-3 dates for the refund process but unfortunately it is still not refunded yet. I am frustrated a lot over this, request your help and intervention to please have cleartrip pay the refund amount in full without further delay..
