Dear iccf,

Please be informed that i booked a ticket from kozhikode to doha amounted 684qar around 13500)

Payment took place but not booking and eventually received mail for a refund on 28th oct 2019. (Herewith attached)
I called multiple times to clear trip customer care and still the issue not resolved nor any service ticket raised.
