Cleartrip — credit card issued but no reservation recorded and no confirmation email | |||||
Dear cleartrip, About 4 days ago i booked 4 tickets from new delhi (Ndls) to varanasi by cleartrip. But i don't know why, i dont get the tickets and there's no recorded reservations on application and no email from cleartrip, but my credit card issued that transaction. So, what happened with my tickets, and if my tickets are unavailable, how to refund the money.
