Cleartrip — details of refund of cancelled tickets

I booked an air ticket vide clear trip id [protected]. From chennai to kolkata for journey on 09.05.2018. The ticket eas refundable when i booked. I cancelled the above journey on 10.04.2018. As the ticket was refundable and i am entitled for refund the amount. Still i have not received any refund details. Request clearify and refund the amount of cancelled ticket at the please.
