Cleartrip — domestic air ticket

I have tried to book an air ticket in favour of lincy cherian from port blair to chennai for 22/03/2019 on 21/03/19. Payment of rs. 5081/- was made successfully but no pnr or ticket received. Immediately after completion of the payment process, the net connection was failed and net connection was reinstated very late. My bank account shows that the amount is released. Pl. Help me to get get the ticket or back back my money.
