[Resolved]  Cleartrip — duplicate ticket refund

I booked Ethihad flight to London using Cleartrip on 26th June at 9:54AM after the payment, i see message transaction failed on Cleartrip page. Money go deducted from my credit card of amount 62487/-. As I didnt get any order /Trip ID, i created account with ClearTrip and checked the My trips, i didnt see any. I spoke to Creditcard Call center, they mentioned transaction might have failed and my amount will be returned in 5 working days and i can go ahead with booking ticket again.

I booked ticket at 10:10AM on 26th June 2019 and same was confirmed by email at 10:12AM. Later I got confirmation of 1st ticket at 10:24AM. Now I have two tickets for same person on same traveling days.

Called clear trip customer care to refund the amount for frist ticket and they admitted its duplicate ticket on first conversation with call center executive and said will arrange call back in 48hours after checking with airways.

After 48 hours when i tried to reach them as i didn't call back, they mentioned its my mistake to book 2nd ticket and they sent first ticket order ID and it got late in delivered. I have submitted proof of the emails reached me to "[protected]@cleartrip.com" and they mentioned will arrange call back in 24 hours.

After 24hours i received email id to allow more 24 hours. Mean while i spoke to Ethihad Airlines, they mentioned they didnt get any request from Cleartrip, if they get any request, they would add remarks against PNR/Ticket no.

As I didnt get any call from Cleartrip after 48hours, when I call them, they say we are in process of checking with Airlines.

I much worried about the process of cleartrip to cancel the duplicate ticket. Is there any escalation process to higher management for faster help and resolution ?

After regular followup frist ticket has been cancelled. One of floor supervisor Tasir helped. Rest of executives keep asking 48 hours time.
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Whenever call Cleartrip Customer care, they say we will get back to you in 48hours and they never called back. Its already 6 days and still asking 48Hours saying we need to reach Airlines. I spoke to Airlines directly, they mentioned they didnt get any update from Cleartrip, else they would be mentioning the remarks against PNR it seems.

Not Sure why not working on resolution, instead of just taking time again and again. its huge amount of 62457/- and really not happy with service. I wouldnt recommend or suggest clear-trip to anyone.
