[Resolved] Cleartrip — failure transaction debited amount not refunded | |
Sir, On 22nd aug 2019, i had made 2nos transactions to cleartrip for hotel booking purpose. Both the times the amount was debited from my axis bank savings account but the hotel was neither booked nor i got any response from the cleartrip. I had already lodged a complain at axis bank upi department with complaint id [protected], registered on 26/08/2019. I was expecting return of the amount within 7 working days, but its already more than that. My transaction details are as per below: 1) transaction id: upi/p2m/[protected]/cleartrip/hdfc bank/cleartr Amount transfered: rs 10375/-, dt 22/08/2019 2) transaction id: upi/p2m/[protected]/cleartrip/hdfc bank/cleartr Amount transfered: rs 10500/-, dt 22/08/2019 Nb: no trip id was generated for above transactions.
