Dear sir/ma’am my indigo flight booking done through clear trip on 16/03/2020 from mumbai to guwahati schedule on 18/03/2020 was unsuccessful due to errors in transaction for which i have received a mail stating failure in booking and refunding of full amount deducted from my account but i have not yet received the amount so kindly consider my review and take necessary intervention please.
