Cleartrip — flight tickets | |||||
I got the below message from my bank after booking flight tickets from www.cleartrip.com. Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 521XX5100 for a purchase worth Rs6134.0 on POS PAYUST[protected] at www.cleartrip.com txn#[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]. But the ticket is not booked as i didn't get any confirmation message or mail from cleartrip. I would like to have the money refunded to my account. I also tried to contact their customer support team but failed to do so as i do not have a trip id with which i can move further. Was this information helpful? | |||||
