Cleartrip — for flight ticket amount debited but ticket not booked

Hi, On 20th of November i tried to book ticket from ahemdabad to mumbai for Flight SG636 for travel date 21/11/2019. but it was failed transaction amount debited from account but ticket was not booked. immediately i got call that your booking was failed .

the tranaction ref no.[protected] dated[protected] Amt of rs. 3287/- it was from BHIM UPA to cleartrip.[protected]@hdfcbank
