[Resolved] Cleartrip — full refund not processed- trip id[protected]

Spicejet cancelled the flight and I received this information on 8th April'19. On speaking with the airline customer care executive on that day, they told me that I will get full refund and they will initiate the refund within a week and then I will have to contact cleartrip and ask fro refund.. Since Saturday 20th April'19, I have tried twice calling cleartrip on the only valid number provided by them [protected] and there's no option to talk to an executive. Hence I chose the option that the flight was cancelled by the airline and I want refund. Got a reply that on confirmation from the airline, the refund will be processed. However, didn't get any response from them. Today i.e. on 22 April'19, I spoke with the airline again and they told me that the refund has already been sent on 16th April'19. On receiving this confirmation, I tried finding out how to contact cleartrip customer care so just chose an option under "Manage Booking" that the flight was cancelled by the airline and I want refund. Immediately after I submitted this request, I got an email that the refund amount processed is Rs. 977 only. But the airline executive confirmed that the refund amount for the full trip is more than Rs. 7000. Cleartrip didn't process the full refund as given by the airline and there is even no way to contact cleartrip customer care so that I can talk to them and ask about the matter.

Cleartrip resolved this issue within few hours. There was no way to speak with the cleartrip customer care executive as they have not provided any email id or contact number. Hence I approached them via Twitter. Just sent them a message describing my issue and the trip id. Within few moments I got the email of refund.
