Cleartrip — harassment against refunds for flight booking cancellation | |||||
This is my trip id[protected]. My money from bank account got instantly deducted but they could not book me a ticket. And now they say that the bank to refund my money in next 5 to 7 working days. Whoever involved in this process takes the money and they use it for a period rather than returning it instantly. For a lower middle class person any amount is big and with such kind of activities our entire day gets wasted. This is clear harassment by these travel agencies, the payment gateways or the bank, whoever responsible for debiting customers money instantly and not refunding it back instantly but keep it for that period. And airlines do enjoy the privilege of increasing their fares every second as our travel gets confirmed. My complain is about refund policy. Why cant the refunds be instant if they deduct money instantly from our account. Hence its my sincere request to the complain forum to be just and help me get my money at the earliest and i demand a penalty of a free travel against my cancelled booking and harassment caused by whichever agency responsible in this process as this travel was very important to me and the prices went up which i cant afford.
