Cleartrip — harassment as money not refunded | |||
This is to bring it to your notice that i had booked a flight under trip i'd [protected] which was cancelled 2 days before departure scheduled for 22 nd may. 2017 On cancellation the turn around time which is normally 6 -10. Days, after numerous follow up went upto 42-45 days was maximum time asked through the mail they send me, with very unprofessional executive sitting on other side had only 1 thing to say that the airline has not refunded and rather taking it more seriously each one had only one word to say 'sorry ' adding more anger to my misery. Today i complete 61 days and numerous calls and waiting for intelligent soul to call back just to give me some explanation just to save his job but not intelligent enough to compensate or solve the issue. It is a very bad state of affairs as india maybe relaxed or lenient on the judiciary system that is why companies like cleartrip take there customers misery for granted I only wait to see more harrasment so i have requested my service provider airtel to send me last 2 months calls statement to take it further.
