Cleartrip — I am complaining about my booking | |
Hai, I have booked my travel tickets in cleartrip with a lot of trust. Trip ID is [protected].Unfortunately, still have not received e-tickets. While spoke to cleartrip customer care, they are saying we will take another 24 hrs for booking confirmation.I could not understand the reason why 48 hrs required for booking confirmation.My question is after 48 hrs, if cleartrip informs, my booking is not confirmed, then, who will pay the extra money in case of airfare increases.
