Cleartrip — incorrect invoice and promo codes available on website but not working | |||
Dear sir/madam, I had booked air tickets with trip id is[protected]. Trying to contact your customer care but of no use and so ultimately writing an email. The below invoice generated by cleartrip is not indicating convenience which is charged on the ticket. If clear trip is charging convenience fees then the invoice must be complete with details. Moreover the promocodes mention on your website don't work and while last step of payment the software pushes back to reselect. Cash back of 2000rs with code flight or ctsave must be eligible for this ticket booking Kindly look into the matter and esclate it further Regards, Devendra Was this information helpful? | |||
